In 2024, Gavin and Sally connected with the Lead Pastor of The Refinery Christian Church in Goodyear, Arizona USA, Chad Goucher and his wife Malisa. By January 2025 the whole Wilson family was on their way to visit the Refinery in Goodyear and immediately felt a connection like they had "come home.”

They are now taking a bold step of faith to plant the Refinery Christian Church in the Western suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
